The City-State of Berne is a large fortress where Fafuna Leorange and the Witch, Manasufa Rustasia was born. The fortress belongs to the federated city-states of OUV and is defended by Manasufa against the Evils dwelling outside of the walls.[1]

Witch Tower.
The Witch Tower is where the Witch of the City-State of Berne resides. The tower consists of two known areas, which include Manasufa's living quarters and an examination room.
Nobles' Quarter[]
Nobles' Quarter.
The Nobles' Quater holds the Nobles of Berne.
Rectory[]

The Rectory is where the Rector of Berne meets with his officials and also acts as the Rector's personal residence.
Urban Commons[]

Urban Commons.
The Urban Commons is made up of three major population locations split up into three sections of the City-State of Berne.
- The Eastern Section has the Rectory located within it as well as having a water channel that runs directly to the Rectory. The water channel separates the Urban Commons into two halves with a bridge connecting them.
- The Southern Section
- The Western Section of the Urban Commons has one of the only two Corridors that hold safe passage to other City-States.

- Berne (
バーン , Bān?) can be inspired from the word "Burn" (バーン , Bān?). Manasufa's use of Flame Magic contributes to this inspiration.
